Translucent gum coating

New from Beneo is its ISOMALT translucent gum coating. ISOMALT is a sugar replacer derived from beet sugar that crystallizes translucently. The coating allows multi-colored gum centers to be coated in a crunchy translucent way. Vivid colors and added print and sparkle effects are also possible. The gum coating is not prone to chipping or cracking during production or transport.
