Tractor Supply is reinventing its Neighbor’s Club loyalty program, bringing new features and benefits to its consumers. The program, which incorporated customer feedback, provides members points for their purchases, as well as membership levels based on annual spending.

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Tractor Supply said that it currently has more than 20 million Neighbor’s Club members.

“At Tractor Supply, we support a lifestyle and our customers are the heart of our business. We constantly strive to find new and innovative ways to provide them with the best possible experience. The significant upgrade in our Neighbor’s Club loyalty program is just one of the ways we can do that,” said Christi Korzekwa, Tractor Supply’s senior vice president of marketing. “We are excited to offer points and exclusive benefits that are meaningful to customers who live the Out Here lifestyle. These new features will allow us to continue to grow the program and thank our most loyal customers while welcoming in those who are new to Tractor Supply.”

The revamped loyalty offering means that all membership levels will be able to earn points for every dollar spent, with higher membership tiers earning points more quickly. Points can be used for discounts or to purchase such services as pet washers. The Neighbor level accrues one point per dollar spent, Preferred Neighbor members earn 1.5 points per dollar spent and Preferred Plus Neighbor members earn 2 points per dollar spent.

The Neighbor tier also includes a birthday gift, exclusive offers and receipt-free returns, while Preferred Neighbors also those perks, plus free same-day delivery and full-day trailer rental once per quarter. Preferred Plus members get all the benefits as the Neighbor tier, plus free standard shipping on qualifying orders and twice-quarterly free same-day delivery and full-day trailer rental. Cardholders of the Tractor Supply personal credit card automatically receive Preferred Neighbor Plus status and earn five points per dollar spent when purchasing with their card.

Tractor Supply is inaugurating the new program with a virtual concert experience in May, featuring a top entertainer that it will announce at a later date — exclusive to Neighbor’s Club members.

The retailer said that all current members will be automatically enrolled in the enhanced programs, and that membership levels will be based on cardholder status or annual spending. Non-members can sign up for free in store or online, as well as via the Tractor Supply mobile app, where they also can check their points balance.
