Target plans to announce 25 Disney-branded bricks-and-mortar stores by Oct. 4.

Minneapolis-based Target trying to create a magical shopping experience for its consumers by adding dozens of permanent Disney shops within its own stores.

The company announced it will open up to 25 Disney-branded bricks-and-mortar stores by Oct. 4, and will then be further expanding the concept by adding 40 additional locations to open by October 2020.

The company also launched a Disney experience themed website on Aug. 25, where shoppers can find products from the Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars brands, among others.

“Disney is among our largest and most admired [brand] relationships,” Target CEO Brian Cornell said on a call with members of the media, according to CNBC. “We have spent a lot of time thinking about how to grow.”
