Target will open seven new stores this fall.

Seven new Target stores will open this fall as the Minneapolis-based retailer continues to expand its footprint across the country.

Six of the seven new locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Nebraska, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia will be larger than Target’s average store size of 125,000 square feet. The stores opening in the coming weeks are part of Target’s ongoing efforts to build 300 new stores over the next decade.

Additionally, Target said its newest stores move the retailer closes to additional consumers in support of its stores-as-hubs model, in which stores serve as both shopping destinations and fulfillment hubs. Currently, Target stores fulfill 95% of its digital orders, including same-day delivery service with Target 360, which currently reaches 80% of the U.S. population.
