Store brands leave Kraft Heinz reeling
Kraft Heinz is struggling to adapt to changing tastes of consumers, who have been shunning older, established brands such as Kraft and Oscar Mayer, for private brands and non-processed foods.
According to a CNN Business article, analysts are now questioning the company’s business strategy and are concerned about the future of the CPG giant. Company shares have dropped a jaw dropping 60 percent within the last two years, which includes the 26 percent drop that occurred after releasing its quarterly report this month.
