Grocery e-commerce solution Stor.ai is growing its suite of personalization tools. The Tel Aviv-based company is introducing Smart Basket, designed to support personalization efforts and make online grocery shopping more seamless and experiential.
The tool, which is tailored to individual customers, can serve product promotions, the option to repurchase a previously purchased basket in one click, reminders based on purchase history, and recommendations for products that complement items they are purchasing. The company noted that grocers also can use the tool to promote their own private label products while providing a seamless online shopping experience.

Stor.ai noted that its personalization tools are paired with its point-of sale integration system, as well as its picker app, which enable grocers to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
