Spicy kimchi aioli

Tulkoff Food Products now offers for private labeling its Spicy kimchi aioli, the newest addition to the company’s squeeze bottle line. The aioli takes the components of kimchi, a traditional Korean dish of fermented cabbage, and combines it with mayonnaise, spices, cilantro and garlic. The resulting aioli is slightly sweet and spicy. The aioli is trans-fat-free, is low in sodium and cholesterol, and does not contain high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. The squeezable bottle is BPA-free, recyclable and foil sealed; it features bottom-up storage.
