The Mondiv Division of Montreal-based Lassonde Specialties makes a wide array of low-acid, shelf-stable USDA certified-organic products such as pesto, dips, bruschetta and Alfredo sauce. The pesto is a blend of basil leaves, crushed garlic, coarse salt, Parmesan cheese, pecorino sardo (a type of cheese made from sheep’s milk) and olive oil and is nut-free.
