Shelf-stable cold-brew coffee
New from Bay Valley Foods is ready-to-drink shelf-stable cold-brew coffee. The coffee, which is said to be less bitter and less acidic than traditional hot-brew coffee, is made with 100 percent Arabica coffee beans that have been steeped in cool water for 18 hours. It is available in both conventional and organic options in the following varieties: Breakfast, Donut, Signature, Single Origin Organic Guatemalan, Colombian and Sumatran. The coffee is packaged in 32-oz. and 11-oz. aseptic cartons and has a shelf-life of one year.
