Sheetz Expanding Presence In Michigan
Pennsylvania-based convenience store chain Sheetz continues expanding westward and revealed plans to open four new stores in Michigan.
Reported by Convenience Store News, a Store Brands sister publication, the new stores will be located in the Detroit metropolitan area.

- 20623 Eureka Road in Taylor
- 45011 Garfield Road in Macomb
- 31925 Van Dyke Ave. in Warren
The company, which broke ground on its first store in the Great Lakes State in March, is scheduled to open that location at 33380 Wick Road in Romulus in the coming weeks. Michigan is the first new state for Sheetz in two decades.
In addition to its home state of Pennsylvania, Sheetz operates stores in Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia. It will greatly expand its presence in Michigan in the coming years with plans to open 60 stores in the state by the end of the decade.
