Harvested by hand from coastal farms in South Korea, the organic seaweed snacks come in sea salt, wasabi and sweet onion flavors. The snacks are an all-natural product consisting of just seaweed, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, non-GMO sesame oil and sea salt, according to the manufacturer. The vegan product is only 30 calories per serving and a great source of iodine, Jayone Foods states.
