Safeway launching CBD-infused water

A new line of beverages containing “active hemp extract” (cannabidiol) debuts in stores this week.
A company called Phivida is launching its line of beverages called Oki in Safeway stores. Oki beverages would become the first CBD-infused beverages sold by the chain.
Phivida says its drinks will be sold in more than 100 stores across Colorado. However, Safeway says that is all pending FDA approval.
Oki beverages have a suggested retail price of $5 per 16-ounce a bottle.
