Roundys introduces premium seafood brand
In the March 2014 issue of its Roundy’s Release internal newsletter, Milwaukee-based Roundy’s announced the introduction of Roundy’s Fisherman’s Reserve, a range of premium frozen seafood that offers shoppers “incredible selection, premium quality and ocean-fresh flavor.” Introduced “just in time for Lent,” the line includes fin fish that is responsibly sourced and all-natural; breaded fish that includes beer battered fillets, fish sticks and crunchy fish fillets made from 100 percent wild-caught Alaskan Pollock; and jumbo, popcorn and coconut shrimp. Products are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness.
