Rice, rice grits

Delta Blues Rice grows its artisan rice on a multi-generational family farm that has been in operation in the Mississippi Delta for more than 90 years. The company currently offers white and brown rice, as well as rice grits. Rice grits are broken pieces of rice that cook up creamy and are said to be great with sauces. All of the company's rice is from the same variety and is milled in small batches to ensure a quality product.
