Refrigerated dips

New from Bay Valley Foods for private labeling are three refrigerated dips: hummus, guacamole and salsa. All of the dips are available in multiple sizes and are made without artificial flavors, colors, ingredients or preservatives.  The dips are processed through high-pressure pasteurization (HPP), a cold pasteurization technique by which products, already sealed in their final package, are placed into a vessel filled with water and subjected to pressure equal to five times that found in the deepest part of the ocean. This process helps protect flavor, color and nutrients to help maintain food safety and extend shelf life.
