Raley’s revamps salad range

On its website, West Sacramento, Calif.-based Raley’s Supermarkets announced that it revamped and added to its Raley’s Green Salads range based on the feedback from customers. Now containing healthful toppings and more protein, which helps keep consumers full longer, the range comprises seven varieties, including Seafood Louis Salad (shrimp, imitation crab, grape tomatoes, green onions, black olives and hard-boiled egg served with Seafood Louis dressing), Thai Peanut Chicken Salad (white-meat chicken, udon noodles and veggies topped with fresh cilantro, green onion, dry-roasted peanuts and Thai peanut dressing), Napa Valley Chicken Salad (turkey breast, baby spinach, fresh sliced apples, grapes and red onion topped with blue cheese, almond slivers and pinot shallot vinaigrette dressing), and more.

The salads are available in the deli department of Raley’s, Bel Air and Nob Hill Foods stores, Raley’s stated.
