Pizzas that differentiate

Salutare Foods LLC, which does business as Lucia’s Pizza Co., offers a line of pizzas for private brands including custom formulations. Lucia’s has been transforming from a local St. Louis pizza institution to a national producer of healthier, upscale, craft pizzas for many years. It offers a line of pizzas using hommus (Old World spelling) instead of pizza sauce to flatbread pizzas to pizzas that can cook on the grill. For private brands, flavors can be mixed between brands or new flavors added if desired.
