The Organic Snack Company, co-packer for the internationally recognized Kate's Real Food brand, will showcase a new line of organic, plant-based protein bars from Kate’s Real Food along with the brands full product portfolio at PLMA’s Private Label Trade Show in Chicago.

Kate’s Real Food is a woman-founded brand known for its bestselling portfolio of organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free granola bars. The company’s new organic protein bar line features three flavors: Peanut Butter Cup, Snickerdoodle, and Peanut Butter Brownie. The protein bars tap into the growing demand for high-protein, functional and organic snack options for consumers nationwide.

Delivering more than 14 grams of plant-based protein sourced from organic ingredients, the protein bars are sweetened with True Sourced Certified honey and are rich in fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants.

“We look forward to connecting with potential partners and brands seeking high-quality, organic snack options to bring to market,” said Mark Thaler, CEO at The Organic Food Company. “Our commitment to sustainability and transparency in production makes us a strong contender in the private label space, where these values are becoming increasingly important to both consumers and retailers. Also our SQF certification, along with USDA Organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher certifications allow us to provide the trusted markers that consumers are looking for in the marketplace.

PLMA attendees can experience the new protein bars and the full line of organic energy bars from Kate’s Real Food firsthand at Booth F1541.
