Nutrition bar manufacturer Hearthside commences production in Idaho

Hearthside Food Solutions, a Downers Grove, Ill.-based contract manufacturer of nutrition bars and other products, said that its 185,000-square-foot Boise, Idaho, facility, acquired by the company in late 2015, has commenced production.

“This facility enables continued growth –– adding new customers in the rapidly growing nutritional, sport and breakfast bar markets,” said Dwayne Hughes, Hearthside’s senior vice president, supply chain.
