Nestle to sell skin health business?
Switzerland-based Nestle may be selling its skin health business in response to a shift in consumer demands.
According to Reuters, the company could sell the business to a consortium led by EQT Partners for 10.2 billion Swiss francs ($10.1 billion).
Nestle Chief Executive Mark Schneider put the skin health unit up for sale last September as the group moved to ditch underperforming businesses, following years of slowing growth, according to the article.
The deal would be expected to close in the second half of 2019.
