MDD Expo's organizers said they are reinventing the exhibition with a new identity that corresponds to the new needs of its exhibitors and visitors, coming from ever-more-diverse sectors and backgrounds. For 2017, MDD Expo will become the M.A.D.E. (Marques Associées Distribution Event = French for Own Label Brands for Distributors Event). The new name reflects the natural evolution of the exhibition through changing markets and emerging distribution models.
The exhibition will take place on 28 and 29 March 2017, in Paris Porte de Versailles, Hall 7.1. The M.A.D.E. will feature 500 exhibitors specialized in the creation of custom-made products for own brands and different distribution networks, a third of which come from outside of France, organizers said.
The event will bring together manufacturers with diverse know-how in four sectors: grocery, fresh, frozen and non-food. The M.A.D.E. will present a large range of ingredients and finished products, in keeping with the latest trends: organic, free-from, regional and local products, premium, nomadic consumption, eco-designed, vegan, ethnic, snacking, made in France and more.
