Low-sugar papaya spears aid digestion
Produced by Woodstock Farms, product is available in chunks and diced as well as in low-sugar and no-sugar formats
Christopher Columbus once called papaya “the fruit of the angels.” In its dry form, papaya is rising in popularity in part because of its naturally occurring digestive enzyme, papain, and because it’s an excellent source of fiber. Available for private branding by Edison, N.J.-based Woodstock Farms Manufacturing, the low-sugar papaya spears (shown) are all-natural and unsulfured, while the company's no-sugar papaya spears are also organic. In addition, the company also produces dried papaya that is diced or in chunks.
