Trader Joe's has revealed the locations of 12 new stores set to open in 2025.
Trader Joe’s will open a dozen stores in the coming weeks in several states along with two locations in the nation’s capital.
California will welcome three new Trader Joe’s with the state of Washington and Washington, D.C., to get two new stores each from the specialty grocer.
The forthcoming stores, listed as “opening soon” on Trader Joe’s website, include:
- 9224 Reseda Blvd., Northridge, Calif.
- 14140 Riverside Dr., Sherman Oaks, Calif.
- 18700 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana, Calif.
- 8726 Greenwood Ave., Seattle, Wash.
- 4255 Meridian St., Suite 200, Bellingham, Wash.
- 5335 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Washington, D.C.
- 701 Monroe St. NE, Washington, D.C.
- 2305 Medical Center Parkway, Murfreesboro, Tenn.
- 550 Lancaster Ave., Berwyn, Penn.
- 6400 Amboy Rd., Staten Island, N.Y.
- 1771 Montgomery Hwy., Hoover, Ala.
- 225 N Washington St., Rockville, Md.
A Trader Joe’s spokesperson told Eat This, Not That! the grocer will add more store openings to its website as they get announced throughout the year. Progressive Grocer, Store Brands sister publication, reported that Trader Joe’s opened 34 new stores in 2024.
Additionally, Trader Joe’s announced voting is now open for its 16th annual Trader Joe’s Customer Choice Awards. New this year is the “Favorite New Product” category, expanding the total number of voting categories to 11. Any product that first became available in 2024 qualifies as a "new" product. Voting closes January 9 and winners will be announced January 27.
