Liqueur-infused cakes
Full Spirited Flavours, Phoenixville, Pa., offers for private labeling its Bloomin’ Blossoms variety pack of 3.5-ounce floral-shaped, liqueur-infused cakes in the company’s four signature flavors: Limoncello, Amaretto, Chocolate Raspberry, and Mango Coconut Rum. Handmade in small batches, the cakes reflect the attention to detail of the company’s three founders, sisters Sue Katein, Carole Algier and Kathy Lanyon. Lightly embellished with white chocolate pieces, the Limoncello cake features a limoncello liqueur-injected glaze and a topping of limoncello-soaked crumbs. Made with a raspberry liqueur, the Chocolate Raspberry cake includes chocolate chunks and a raspberry glaze and is topped with pink white chocolate. Featuring rich chocolate pieces, the Amaretto cake is infused with an amaretto liqueur glaze and topped with toasted almonds. The Mango Coconut Rum cake has a touch of sweet mango and a coconut rum liqueur glaze. The assortment includes one of each type of cake and is packaged in a 100 percent recyclable elongated cardboard box.
