Kroger, NFL Stars Team To Showcase Game-Day Recipes
Kroger has tapped the National Football League’s talent pool to expand its culinary team, and is sharing the recipes of three star players to demonstrate how the grocer’s private label products work well with various game-day treats.
Teaming with Tee Higgins of the Cincinnati Bengals, Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit Lions, and Tank Dell of the Houston Texas, Kroger Brands is giving its customers the opportunity to shop a variety of athlete-approved recipes.
Inspired by their favorite game-day snacks and meals, each player-perfected Tailgate Twist recipe can be shopped online for Kroger Pickup and Delivery or at Kroger Family of Stores.

Tee Higgins’ Ultimate Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos
Longtime nacho loyalist and Bengals star wide receiver Tee Higgins is introducing his perfected nachos recipe, featuring Kroger Brand Hardwood Smoked Pulled Chicken, Kroger Brand Original White Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, and Kroger Brand Nacho & Taco Blend Shredded Cheese with Tee’s hand-picked selection of toppings and just a hint of spice. Amon-Ra St. Brown’s Chicken Schnitzel Sliders
Chicken Schnitzel was a favorite in the St. Brown house when the Lions star was growing up. When he isn’t playing wide receiver in the Motor City, you can find him whipping up the slider version of this classic for his friends and family.
