Home decor retailer Kirkland's will undergo a rebrand to reflect the company's transformation into a multi-brand merchandising, supply chain, and retail operator that will lead the brick-and-mortar strategy for its parent company, Beyond Inc.

To be known as The Brand House Collective, all brand and functional leaders will report to Amy Sullivan, the current CEO of Kirkland's, who will serve as CEO, chief merchant and creative officer of the newly named company.

Additionally, the retailer said it will consolidate its store count and expects to move forward with approximately 290 locations serving as the "foundational footprint" for Kirkland's Home, Bed Bath & Beyond Home, and Overstock.

The company is also accelerating the launch of Bed Bath & Beyond Home stores through full-market conversions of existing Kirkland's Home locations. The first store is planned for Brentwood, Tennessee, which will open in August, with five more to follow in the greater Nashville area, a region selected given the presence of its headquarters. An additional 75 store conversions are planned through 2026.

The company's real estate strategy also includes transitioning the Overstock brand to physical retail. The first Nashville-based location has been identified with plans to expand to approximately 30 locations following the initial pilot. Store designs for buybuy Baby are also being finalized.

"The Brand House Collective is more than a new name; it's a bold declaration of where we're headed," Sullivan said. "We're aligning our identity with our vision to become a multi-brand merchandising, supply chain, and retail operator, and backing it with decisive actions to strengthen our foundation: reducing excess inventory, closing underperforming locations, optimizing real estate assets, and enhancing talent across the organization."

In addition to naming Sullivan as CEO, the company has also named new members of its leadership team. Jamie Schisler has been named chief operating officer; Kerri Dlugokinski is the new vice president and general merchandising manager of Bed Bath & Beyond Home; and Courtenay Adolf will serve as vice president of supply chain.
