Kerry, a taste and nutrition company with U.S. headquarters in Beloit, Wis., said Insight Beverages has joined its portfolio of beverage brands and production solutions by way of acquisition.
Founded as Pinnacle Food Products Inc. in 1981 and now based in Lake Zurich, Ill., the company changed its name to Insight Beverages in 2008 to align with its position as a leading beverage formulator and manufacturer serving convenience and grocery stores plus other retail outlets, Kerry said. Insight Beverage’s product portfolio includes more than 1,500 diverse products, many of which are available for private labeling.

The addition of Insight Beverages significantly expands Kerry’s beverage product solutions, manufacturing expertise and presence in the convenience store channel.
