J&J Snack Foods, a manufacturer of branded and private label snack and beverage items, has announced the newest addition to its leadership team.

Michael Pollner has joined the company as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. He succeeds Marjorie Roshkoff, who resigned from the general counsel and corporate secretary roles as of March 31, 2022. She will continue to serve on the J&J Snack Foods’ board of directors.

J&J, which manufactures name brand products like ICEE, SUPERPRETZEL and more in addition to private label products, recently celebrated its 50th year in business.

"We’re thrilled to welcome Michael to the J&J Snack Foods family,” said Dan Facher, president and CEO of J&J Snack Foods. “As an accomplished legal and business advisor, I’m confident that he will be an asset to our team, helping to propel the organization forward. I would also like to thank Marjorie for playing such an instrumental role in the company’s success during her tenure. Her work has helped us build the successful and growing company JJSF is today.”

In his new role, Pollner will join the J&J Snack Foods Corp. senior leadership team, responsible for managing the company’s legal, regulatory, and policy affairs. Pollner brings over 20 years of extensive legal and executive leadership experience to the company, and most recently served as senior vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary for Knoll, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of furniture and interior products. At Knoll, he oversaw the global legal function, including leading the company through its recent merger with Herman Miller.

Pollner holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
