Target is bringing back a limited-edition collection of 300 products from 20 past design collaborations.

Minneapolis-based Target Corp. is showing how it “broke the mold” with designer fashion through its 20 years of designer partnerships celebration.

To celebrate two decades of exclusive designer lines, the company is bringing back a limited-edition collection of 300 products from 20 past design collaborations. Dubbed as the Anniversary Collection, the company's throwback line will feature select reissued pieces from 20 past designer collaborations, apparel, accessories, home decor and kitchen essentials. The prices from its collections will range from $7 to $160.

John Zolidis, an analyst with Quo Vadis Capital, a research and investment firm, recalled the chaotic scene that followed the company's 2011 Missoni collaboration, according to the Gazette. "I remember walking into the store and seeing the product sold out completely," Zolidis said. "The fixtures were ravaged by the customers, and people were complaining online that they didn't get to buy. In some ways, it was considered a debacle."
