Hofmann Sausage Company was born in Germany and raised in New York since 1879, making us one of the oldest and most trusted hot dog and sausage manufacturers in the U.S.  -  home of our natural casing German Brand Franks, Snappy Grillers, all Beef Franks, and other ridiculously tasty hot dogs, sausages, jerky, and condiments. We continue to make our classic products which helped make us famous in the eastern United States and beyond plus our taste team has rolled out new and exciting products with taste profiles to please the evolving American palate…things like Jalapeno & Cheddar Sausage, Cheddar Franks, Roasted Red Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage, and Cherry Maple Beef Jerky. All of our products under the Hofmann brand  are made in the USA using quality ingredients, no fillers or by-products, no added MSG, and most are gluten free. Our hot dogs and sausages are fully cooked in the package.
