New vegan certified flavors made with non-dairy, plant-based coconut milk and non-GMO ingredients
G.S. Gelato and Desserts Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of artisanal gelato and sorbet for foodservice and retail, has launched new vegan certified flavors made with non-dairy, plant-based coconut milk and non-GMO ingredients. The Fort Walton Beach, Fla.-based company’s nine new flavors include Caramel Sea Salt, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate, White Mint Chocolate, Vanilla, Cold Brew Coffee, Cookies No Cream and Chocolate. All are available as branded and private label products for the retail/grocery industry. The latter three are available for both retail and foodservice.
