Gochujang seasoning
Wixon now offers a new seasoning: Gochujang. Gochujang is a regional Korean savory, spicy fermented condiment made with red chili, rice, fermented soybeans and salt. The Gochujang seasoning could be blended with coconut oil, honey and Wixon's KleanSalt to cut sodium, and applied to snacks such as popcorn or nuts as a way of offering consumers a new ethnic flavor profile.
