Gluten-free flours
Pereg Gourmet said it expanded its line of gluten-free to flours to include five varieties. They include almond flour, quinoa flour, banana flour, buckwheat flour and chickpea flour. Each flour is 100 percent natural with no additives or preservatives and is non-dairy and kosher-certified. Each flour is packaged in a 16-oz. resealable zip-top pouch and can be used as a one-to-one substitute for whole-wheat flour in most recipes.
