Giant Eagle's new headquarters in located in Cranberry Township, Pa.
Months after announcing the lease of its new headquarters to the north of Pittsburgh, regional grocer Giant Eagle has moved into its new home.
Located at 700 Cranberry Woods Drive in the Cranberry Woods Business Park in Cranberry Township, Pa., the 100,000 square foot facility offers a host of new amenities. This includes an on-site gym along with walking and jogging trails. There is also an on-site cafeteria and numerous restaurants nearby.
Giant Eagle is now operating in a hybrid model with specific days spent in the office and others either working in a remote environment or with employees spending time in stores and at distribution centers.
“We believe that in-person collaboration is vital to grow our business and forge meaningful connections with our customers and each other,” said Bill Artman, CEO of Giant Eagle. “Our new headquarters will provide a variety of working and meeting spaces that will foster teamwork and creativity to help us continue to think like our customers, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions to make their lives easier.”
According to Progressive Grocer, a sister publication of Store Brands, Giant Eagle operates approximately 480 stores throughout western Pennsylvania, north central Ohio, northern West Virginia, Maryland and Indiana.
