More and more consumers today are eating a vegetarian diet. In response to this Furlani has updated its ingredient decks and can proudly say that all Furlani-branded products are 100 percent vegetarian. Our product line includes Furlani Texas toast, garlic bread (loaves), breadsticks, knots, biscuits and Ann’s Biscuits. They are available for private brands.

Furlani’s bread-making and cheese-manufacturing processes use microbial enzymes and microbial lipase. Yes, even our cheese varieties are vegetarian. They contain milk but no other animal-derived ingredients. Microbial enzymes and microbial lipase are sequestered from microbial fermentation (commonly a fungi, mold or yeast) as opposed to an animal source. All our products have been produced without the use of animal slaughter by-products. We also use plant-based monoglycerides.
