FFS appoints Dan Offermann director of flavor sales

Flavor & Fragrance Specialties Inc. (FFS), a full-service flavor and fragrance company headquartered in Mahwah, N.J., said Dan Offermann joined the company as director of flavor sales for the Flavor Division. He will be responsible for flavor sales and business development and will work closely with the labs, sales staff and marketing to win new business for FFS.

Offermann has extensive experience working with customers in the flavor and fragrance markets and brings over 25 years of experience in the industry to the company, FSS said. He also has a wealth of international experience, with postings in the United States, Asia and Europe. He started in the industry as a sales executive at Roure (Givaudan) and progressed throughout his career there with increasing responsibilities in fragrances, flavors and human resources. After he left Givaudan, he co-founded SmartFragrances.
