Fair Trade USA Names Chief Growth Officer

Dana Dufresne joins the organization, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the CPG world.

Fair Trade USA has named Dana Dufresne as its chief growth officer. She brings to the organization more than two decades of sales leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods sector covering dairy, beverage, confectionery, and produce.

Dufresne has held roles at various companies including Keurig Dr PepperMarich Confections, and Land O’ Lakes, Inc., as well as Vertage Foods, a tech startup focused on the plant-based dairy segment, and Bird Rock Imports, a wholesale company focused on natural, biodynamic, and organic wines and beers. 

“I am thrilled to join a forward-moving and energetic organization like Fair Trade USA”, said Dufresne. “There is a huge opportunity here to expand on the growth and impact that the organization has seen in the last decade, and I’m really looking forward to being a part of enhancing such a strong and impactful mission.”

In her new role, she will be instrumental in scaling the organization to meet the needs of the ever-growing network of businesses engaged with Fair Trade USA while continuing to support farmers and producers around the globe. Dufresne will oversee the ongoing work to implement a comprehensive growth strategy, lead new opportunities for expansion, and bolster relationships with global partners.
