Certified kosher, the shelf-stable 6-oz. fruit and nut cakes are said to be a replacement for crackers and suitable for pairing with specialty cheese. The cakes are available for retailers' store brand programs in three flavors: Apple Cinnamon Nut, Blueberry Walnut and Pineapple Macadamia Nut.
