Delhaize America makes more job cuts in restructuring effort

A Salisbury Post article posted at www.salisburypost.com on Saturday reports that Salisbury, N.C.-based Delhaize America cut 25 percent of high-level leadership positions on Friday, including 15 officer positions at Food Lion, also headquartered in Salisbury. Last month, the company announced that it was replacing Cathy Green Burns as Food Lion president.
