DEADLINE EXTENDED: 2024 Top Women In Store Brands
Store Brands and Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence (WISE) are now accepting nominations for the annual Top Women In Store Brands (TWISB).
These awards celebrate the significant contributions made by women across all sectors of the North American store brands industry. WISE and Store Brands will present nine awards during the WISE Annual Meeting in November. Additionally, one company will be honored for its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Nominations may be made via the WISE website.
The award categories are:
Lifetime Achievement
Awarded to a woman with a long-standing career in store brands, recognized for her professional and personal contributions to her employer(s), colleagues, community, and the industry. Open to all functional areas and based on career-long accomplishments.
Functional Expertise
Awarded to women who have made significant professional contributions in a specific function or area of expertise. Six awards will be given in the following categories based on accomplishments from July 2023 to June 2024:
• Regulatory, QA, Employee Health & Safety
• Marketing/Merchandising
• Supply Chain/Procurement
• Operations
• Sales
• Corporate Services (Finance, Technology, Legal, or Human Resources)
Emerging Leader
Awarded to a woman with one to five years in the store brands industry who has made a noticeable impact through her professional achievements and personal influence. The award is based on accomplishments from July 2023 to June 2024.
Innovation
Awarded to a woman who has introduced game-changing innovation in products, packaging, technology, merchandising, programs, systems, or processes. The award is based on accomplishments from July 2023 to June 2024.
DEI Company of the Year
This award honors a company demonstrating a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within its organization. Established in 2022, this category highlights companies leading the way in DEI initiatives.
