Custom Water opens private label bottled water plant

Custom Water, a private label bottled water manufacturer headquartered in Merritt Island, Fla., said it is expanding operations with a new plant in Georgia to meet increasing demand in the Southeast. The facility will serve surrounding markets, including Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and Missouri. To further expand service coverage, the company says it is partnering with regional and national transportation companies.

Founded in 2001, Custom Water provides promotional water bottles to supermarket chains, restaurants and other types of enterprises. The private label water comes in a variety of sizes, including 8-, 12-, 16.9- and 20-ounce bottles. Customers have the option of choosing ribbed or ribless bottles.

The new bottling facility is FDA-approved and uses “cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to reduce lead times,” according to the company.
