Our extensive production capabilities allow us to package these products in single-serve containers, skillet meal bags, steam table pans up to 6 lbs. and pouches. In all recipes, our process is consistent: We prepare the individual ingredients — simmering our own sauces, cooking fresh meats and vegetables, preparing our own fresh pasta — carefully assembling and then quick freezing. When the product is heated for use, the ingredients come together for the first time — creating a fresh, just-made taste profile.
