Wilbur Curtis Co. released the Curtis G4 Digital Gemini Brewing System, which uses IntelliFresh (IF) technology to simplify brewing and serve high volumes of fresh coffee. By incorporating IF technology, the coffee’s freshness and temperature is maintained using a dispensing cycle that envelops the satellite servers with pulses of gentle heat. These pulses keep the coffee at a consistent temperature while maintaining the chemical structure of the coffee, ensuring consistency and quality.
