Issaquah, Wash.-based Costco Wholesale is offering a refund to those who purchased a Kirkland Signature product that was not up to par.
According to GNN, a media outlet focused on golf-related news, the company’s Kirkland Signature four-piece golf ball set has been receiving negative feedback and commentary on its website, despite being well-received when previously sold in the fall of 2016.
After the continuous negative feedback lowered the product's rating to just 2.1 stars on the company’s website, Costco sent an e-mail stating that those who purchased the four-ball golf ball product will receive a full refund.
