The grocer is bringing its assortment of private label products to a dozen new communities in the coming weeks.

The new locations bring the closeout retailer's store count to 565.

The retailer's CEO said the company is healthy financially and positioned for growth

The deal includes 20 locations in Oklahoma and Kansas.

A drop in sales in the company's Wholesale division was offset by growth on the Retail side.
