Broth bowls

Blount Fine Foods now offers a line of broth bowls for foodservice. The first two products in the line are Thai-style Coconut broth and Vegetable broth. The broths are said to be the perfect foundation in any kitchen for building soups and entrées, or perfect on the hot bar accompanied by vegetables, noodles and proteins diners could add themselves. The Thai-style Coconut broth, which is gluten-free, offers a full flavor profile of coconut milk, onions, tomatoes, red bell peppers, brown sugar, garlic and chili peppers. The more traditional Vegetable broth is a flavorful vegetable stock with a hint of soy, miso and ginger.
