Boots brings personalized approach to No7 online

U.K.-based pharmacy chain Boots is offering a personalized online shopping experience to shoppers for its No7 brand. Boots has added Revieve’s skin diagnosis and AI recommendation engine to the Boots UK and Boots Ireland websites, giving No7 customers access to the Revieve Digital Beauty Advisor.

“Now more than ever, we want to be able to offer our consumers the same high-level service online as is offered in our stores, should they not be able to get to store. We are so excited to partner with Revieve as their technology enables our consumers access to discovering the right products for their skin, paired with a personalized experience from the comfort of their home.”

To use the tool, consumers take a selfie with the Revieve Digital Beauty Advisor and answer skin-related questions about their skin type and any personal skin concerns they want to improve. They are then given AI-driven No7 product recommendations and personalized skin care advice.

“The ability to provide consumers with a personalized online experience is the future of the beauty and wellness experience,” said Sampo Parkkinen, CEO of Revieve. “No7 is the ideal partner to welcome in this next phase due to their skincare offerings, groundbreaking industry research, and ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of their customers.”

Owned by Walgreens Boots Alliance, No7 is the top-selling skin care brand in the United Kingdom.
