BENEO names Ginger Schilling regional sales manager

BENEO GmbH, a Germany-based manufacturer of functional ingredients with U.S. headquarters in Morris Plains, N.J., said it named Ginger Schilling regional sales manager for the Midwestern region of the United States. In this position, she will support food and beverage manufacturers in improving existing and developing new products — both nutritionally and functionally. In collaboration with the BENEO-Institute (nutrition science and legislation), the BENEO-Technology Center (food application and technology) and the company's marketing experts, Schilling will provide solutions leveraging BENEO's product portfolio of functional fibers, functional carbohydrates, rice ingredients and functional proteins.

Schilling joins BENEO from Kerry Ingredients & Flavours' Americas region, where she served as the key account manager for Kellogg Co.
