Bemax Completes Acquisition of Kona Gold

The private label supplier best known for its private brand diapers and other hygienic products has purchased the beverage supplier.

Bemax Inc., a private label development company with a focus on disposable diapers and women's hygienic sanitary products, has completed the acquisition of Kona Gold, LLC from Kona Gold Beverage, Inc.

According to Bemax officials, the acquisition marks a pivotal moment in the company’s growth strategy, significantly enhancing its product offerings and expanding its market reach within the consumer-packaged goods sector.

As part of the acquisition agreement, Bemax Inc. will issue $200,000 in Restricted Common Shares of Bemax, Inc. to be paid to Kona Gold Beverage, Inc. shareholders in the form of a dividend. 

By bringing Kona Gold's established beverage brand into its portfolio, Bemax officials said the company is positioned to diversify its offerings and tap into new consumer markets.
