Aldi Expands In Michigan

Aldi closed out September with the opening of a new store in Portage, Mich., at 5070 S. Westnedge Ave.

The new store, which officially opened on September 26, expands the grocer's presence in the Great Lakes State. It will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We’re committed to offering our shoppers the products they know and love at the lowest possible prices, period. We have served the Portage community for more than six years and are excited to continue offering residents an affordable way of shopping.”

During the grand opening celebration, the first 100 customers received a gift bag filled with a sampling of Aldi Fan Favorites products and a gift card as part of the Aldi Golden Ticket gift card giveaway program. During the store’s first weekend open, shoppers were also able to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 Aldi gift card.
